Summertime Memory

All of my favourite summer time memories seem to have one common theme, and that is the beach.

The Kiddo & Me

As a kid I spent a lot of time on Miami Beach, and later when I had my own children I passed along the love of beaches to them through places like Sauble Beach, Sandbanks, etc. That photo of me, and the kiddo was taken circa 1995.

The Girls at Sauble Beach

This photo was taken just last year, and of course we will be visiting the beach again this summer 2009!

I guess I'm just a beach bum at heart. :D

Happy H.O.T. day and thanks so much for stopping by!

Cheers!

I'd rather be at the beach than anywhere on earth.

Love the photos

The beach plays such a big part in my life. I spent a large part of my childhood in Melbourne Fl and my grandmother lived even closer to the beach than that. Up here in Michigan I have to content myself with the Great Lakes .. but it is not the same.

LOVE the pictures you posted!!!

a beach is a great memory...the first time I saw the ocean my daughters was 6 weeks old and although we walked down on the beach and sat for a bit...we couldn't stay long because of my daughter. But we have made up for it in the last few years.

How nice you can go visit every year!!
