Heads Or Tails - Spin

The photo above was taken by my sister at the Canadian National Exhibition here in Toronto a couple of summers ago. When I was a little kid I used to call these types of carnival rides "spinny things." Anyone care for a spin on the swings? You spin me right round, baby right round.

The C.N.E or Canadian National Exhibition will open again next month. Here in Toronto it kind of signals the end of summer as it closes on Labour Day.

I loved the spinning things, too! My daughter and I rode them a lot at Cedar Point.

First let me say your sister's capture of this ride is fantastic!

Second, I've always had a fear of heights so this ride is not for me. I DO like lower to the ground spinny rides like the Tilt-A-Whirl though. :)

I stay away from the spinny things. They make me sick. Looking is OK, just not actually getting on them.
